This Information Notice has been prepared pursuant to Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 in order to inform you transparently about the methods of collecting your personal data, the purposes of processing, the parties to whom your data may be transferred, the legal grounds for processing, and your rights under the Law.
a) Data Controller
Pursuant to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, your personal data may be processed by Atlanta İç ve Dış Ticaret A.Ş. as the data controller within the scope explained below.
b) Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Our Company may collect personal data from various parties, including but not limited to customers, employees, potential customers, employee candidates, business partners, website visitors, store visitors, and suppliers.
Within this scope, the personal data that may be processed generally falls under the following categories:

Your personal data is processed within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes set out in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698.
c) Transfer of Processed Personal Data
Your collected personal data may be shared with the following persons, institutions, and organizations, limited to the purposes specified above and within the framework of the personal data transfer conditions set out in Articles 8 and 9 of Law No. 6698:
- Our Company’s business partners, shareholders, and affiliates,
- Persons or organizations permitted under the Turkish Commercial Code, the Turkish Code of Obligations, and other relevant legislation,
- Legally authorized public institutions and organizations, administrative authorities, and judicial authorities,
- Real or legal persons from whom services are received or with whom cooperation is established,
- Service providers involved in product/service comparison, analysis, evaluation, advertising, and marketing activities,
- Program partner institutions and organizations,
- Institutions providing services for the sending of commercial electronic communications,
- Cargo and logistics companies that deliver orders placed through our online store.
ç) Method and Legal Grounds for Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data may be collected verbally, in writing, or electronically through our stores, website, mobile applications, call centers, social media accounts, and other physical or electronic channels that may be used in the future.
Your personal data is processed based on the following legal grounds:
- It is expressly provided for by law,
- It is necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract,
- It is necessary for the fulfillment of our legal obligations,
- It is mandatory for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right,
- Your personal data has been made public by you,
- Processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of our Company, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms,
- Your explicit consent is obtained in cases where explicit consent is required.
d) Rights of the Personal Data Subject
As personal data subjects, you have the following rights under Article 11 of Law No. 6698:
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- To request information if your personal data has been processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad,
- To request correction if your personal data has been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
- To request notification of such correction to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
- To request deletion or destruction of your personal data if the reasons requiring its processing no longer exist, despite having been processed in accordance with Law No. 6698 and other relevant legislation,
- To request notification of such deletion or destruction to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
- To object to any result against you arising from the analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- To request compensation if you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
e) Application Method
You may submit your requests regarding the rights listed above to our Company in accordance with Article 13 of Law No. 6698 and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.
Applications may be submitted in Turkish and in writing, or via registered electronic mail address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or the electronic mail address previously notified to our Company and registered in our systems.
Our Company reserves the right to verify your identity before responding to your application.
Your application must include the following information:
- Your name, surname, and signature if the application is submitted in writing,
- Your Turkish Republic identity number if you are a Turkish citizen,
- Your nationality, passport number, or identity number, if any, if you are a foreign national,
- Your residential or workplace address for notification purposes,
- Your e-mail address, telephone number, and fax number, if any, for notification purposes,
- The subject of your request.
Any information and documents related to your request should also be attached to the application, if available.

Depending on the nature of your request, the relevant information and documents must be provided to us completely and accurately. If the requested information and documents are not provided properly, there may be disruptions in the examination and evaluation of your application. In such cases, our Company reserves its legal rights.
Our Company will finalize your application as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. Applications are generally free of charge. However, if the process requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged in accordance with the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
